At six years old Bee has logged some serious outside time already in her short life. Each adventure fills her with smiles and helps to remind us bigger people of all the wonder and awe out there when seen through the filter of a small child. Over winter break she ventured out on snowshoes, and trusted for the first time that she would not disappear into the powder while using them, and she did a very icy winter gorge hike that required careful footing with technical use of a trekking pole. Besides learning about nature she’s building great confidence, I look forward to watching her grow. Nature’s playground is the best!
